“What’s the guarantee Policy?”

The guarantee policy for all our productes is you have 30 days in which to test and use the information, fairly. If you are not happy we’ll refund your money back.

“I don't have a credit card – do you accept cheques or cash?”

At this point in time, we ONLY accept payment via credit card uniquely, and we offer the information ONLY in e-form (NOT hard copy). A lot of my readers have friends of theirs buy the ebook for them, with their credit cards. This is very common for my customers in Africa, India, & Pakistan.

“ I am having problems when trying to purchase the book, what should I do?”

Same answer as above.

“Can I get a hard copy of my e-book?”

The book is only available as an e-book via a download. This is excellent as you receive the information immediately! You can also print out the book so that it is easier to read.

“What happens after I’ve paid for the ebook or video? How do I actually receive the e-book?”

Once you’ve filled in your payment details, we will automatically and instantly forward you to my ‘thank you’ page, where you will be able to download your e-book and free bonuses (it takes just a few seconds to do so).

”How much is the book in my currency?”

The book is priced in US Dollars. Go to www.xe.com and use the XE.com Quick Currency Converter.

“How do I open my e-book or video?”

In order to open your book or video you must have some zip software. Many PCs come with this free.

Or you can download some software from here : www.7-zip.org

You must also have a pdf reader.
This is a free download and can be found at www.adobe.com
or at www.foxitsoftware.com

“How do I watch the videos?”

To watch the videos you will need a copy of the adober flash player, which is available from here http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer Many websites use this technology on their webpages, so you may already have it installed.

“I am having challenges / technical problems downloading my ebook or video. What should I do?”

Please ensure that you have followed the advice in the answer to the previous question. If this has not worked, please contact us here  With the subject “(receipt number), (name of book or video) – technical challenge” and briefly describe the problem so that we may send you a copy via email.

“I bought my e-book but I still haven’t received it. What should I do?”

Once you have paid you will be automatically re-direct to my ‘Thank-you’ page (also known as my ‘Download’ page), where you can simply download my e-book + bonuses.

Please ensure that you HAVE paid, and that you have the zip software, pdf reader and flash player. These are necessary to open the files.

“Does the book come in any other languages?”

At present the information is available only in English. If you would like the information in other languages. Please let us know, as future release will include translations..

“Is there an audio version of the book available?”

Currently, Some books are available in an audio format. In addition much of the information also comes with short, helpful video clips which have audio

“If you are really all about helping people and making a difference in the world, why do you charge money for this information?”

If it were free of charge, people would not value the products.  If you paid $10,000 for this information, you would read every page with the attention it TRULY deserves

Also, it costs a lot of money to market to people on the Internet. We have to spend a lot in marketing for this information to reach you. It is very important that this website is self-sustainable financially.

I deliver this information for FREE through my public speaking engagements.

Also, it allows me to do research in order for me to help more and more people.
